The tragic story of the death of a liver donor who died from an intraoperative hemorrhage during transplant surgery at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA, headlined the front page of the Boston Sunday Globe on February 2, 2014.

Lubin & Meyer has filed a medical malpractice claim on behalf of Lorraine Hawks whose husband,  Paul died during the transplant surgery he underwent to donate a section of his liver to his wife’s brother-in-law.
